Gain fat and muscle?!


Question: Im 14 and i am very skinny, i have been skinny all my life and i now want to change. I weigh 7 stone and want to at least weigh 9 stone by summer. I have tried eating as much as i can, and i do, but i burn if off very quickly, i think i have a fast metobolism. If you have any advice or tips please tell me.

P.S I want to gain more fat than muscle, becuase im as strong/stronger than people in my year who weigh way more than me. And if i gain too much i WILL burn it off because i love excersising and working out!

eat foods filled with nutritious fats like salmon and walnuts, eat alot of nuts!! alot of grilled chicken and fish(No skin) eat 2 protein bars and an apple for snacks, just increase your total caloric intake by 500 calories(MORE) a day of healthy foods, if you eat junk, you'll be junk and thats not good!

baby stop working out.dont workout again until u gain some weight

eat some VERY heavy bacon

eat a lot of carbs. ur working out is great.

but just eat more and do more strength training

eat! just eat like 3 big meals a day and lots of snacks.. they can still be healthy.
lift weights.
oh! my boyfriend used to take a protein shake before he went to the gym and it helped him build lots of muscles!

beacuse you're only 14 alot of kids your age are very lanky and skinny. its just the way you are. there is not much you can do. if you stop working out and eat junk food you'll just be hurting your health by increased cholesterol and blood pressure. if you want to gain weight the best way to do it is by weight lifting. do more weight with lower reps to get bigger muscles. teenage boys are known for their ridiculous metabolisms. don't compare yourself to other people, as long as your healthy thats whats good enough. you'll start to fill out naturally as you get older
