So why do all the tredmills and stuff say not to use them if your dizzy or exaus!

because they don't want to be held liable if something does go wrong or an accident occurs. In this very sue-friendly society, they have to protect themselves!

If you feel dizzy or exhausted your chances of falling off are a lot higher!

If you're always dizzy on them it would be worth changing you speed/elevation a little to see if that helps. If you're using them in the gym and watching TV at the same time, it might be worth switching off the TV and just listening to music, see if that helps.

because if you pass out on the treadmill, it will keep going and you will get thrown off the back really really hard and will most likely have head trauma afterwards.

Treadmills are dangerous if you fall on them. Don't use them if you're dizzy, it's very dangerous. If you pass out you can fall and the wheels keep spinning. clip the emergency cut off thing to you if it's a concern when you start.

Drink water and have a small snack before working out and continue drinking water while working out is best so you don't get dizzy from hunger or dehydration.

Because you could be having a heart attack or stroke - or be getting ready to faint. So for legal reasons - they have to put those stickers on there.
