Question: We just got all these snacks and it has to be the one thing I can't resist---chips. I had one bag 3 hours ago and now I'm so bored and about to grab another. Help!!!

thats just it, youre BORED. put this chips out of reach and get some mint gum, or brush your teeth or excercise or jsut do something fun

Your stomach is naturally the size of your fist. You should not consume more than that amount per every 4 hrs. Stay away from fried, fatty foods.

Self discipline is doing what you want when you want and doing it as well as you possible can and that way all the time...you need some SD!!!

Picture something really disgusting. That will make you not want to eat. Like vomit, or baby's dirty diapers. Or bugs.

If you're feeling like you need to eat, but you aren't hungry, a good way to curb that is to take a nice walk outside...for about 30 minutes...or 15, whichever you prefer...concentrate on the cool, clean air...it can work wonders!

Why did you "get them"??? Try buying fruit next time.

Uh mind games! Well, imagine tose cheetos with crap, worms and imagine also that you're eating them. Make the images as vivid a spossible, that works.

You are in total control of what thoughts you dwell on. And right now you are ALLOWING your thoughts to dwell on Cheetos. Think of something else!
