I want to lose weight fast. What are my options if any?!

if you would like yo lose weight fast then you would have to start eating only about 1,000 to 2,000 calories a day it will help.and there are these meals that have a lot of protein there called lean cuisine. and then afterwards drink coffee and that will make you full for the whole day you have to start eating little and get used to it.
