start lifting weights...target your entire body (upper, lower, and core), continue doing cardio, and eat a healthy diet.

by lifting weights you will raise your metabolism by building muscle, which will in turn burn more fat and get you into better shape.

if you are only doing long distance cardio, substitute some sprints and intervals in there. this will also raise your metabolism more than just going out and jogging.

eliminate empty calories (calories with no health value) such as sodas, potato chips, and candy bars. this will help you greatly also.

All right i think u should gain some more weight. u could do dat by lifting ,gaining some woman muscle and dat should help u get the shape u want. To be honest though all u got to is dat cuz you are pretty, im or email me sometime.
