5lbs really isn't that much to lose at all.. I've heard doctor's say that 7lbs a week is fine, so 5lbs shouldn't be bad at all. Keep your calorie count under 1000, again from the mouth of a doctor.. Just make sure you still get all of your vitamins and stuff. Drink lots of OJ, it's very good for helping you with losing weight..

Just exercise alot (run, ride your bike, or a sport or something) and dont eat anything with alot sugar in it (sweets or junk food)

The Healthy way to lose weight: Eat HEALTHY vegetables fruits drinks lots of water and excercise the more you excercise more water should go into your body as well

Excercise a lot, but dont' overdo it. about 30-45 minutes each day is best.Cardio exercise like walking fast, jogging, dancing fast, riding a bike, climbing stairs is best. Eat breakfast if you don't eat it.. That is a key to losing weight too. Also drink tons of water and walk whenever you can instead of driving. Eat fewer calories and burn more calories than you take in and drink tons and tons of water, but don't eat a lot of salty things or you will get bloated. Good luck with the weight loss.

Water fasting. It's the fast way to do it.

We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
