your fine. doing weights will turn fat in to muscle and muscles weigh twice as much so you have chosen to be heavy.

calculate your bmi, but you don't sound fat or anything. Tall people can weigh more without being fat. calculate your bmi. Body mass index. Search the internet for sites that help you calculate your bmi.

You should weight about 138-150lbs...

you can't use BMI since you're lifting weights. You're definitely not fat. You're tall for your age plus you're only 155. I'm the same height and I'm 170 and I wouldn't say I'm fat (although I still have some around my stomach).
If you work out so much, you should be building muscle. Unless you're doing it wrong.

Your stomach is naturally the size of your fist. You should not consume more than that amount per every 4 hrs. Stay away from fried, fatty foods.
