How can I focus my mind to not eat that much?!

Question: Like Anorexics do? I don't want to be anorexic, just think like one at first to get me started on weightloss. I know to cut back foods & exercise. I need to know how to set my mind.

anorexia nervossa is a disease of the mid - it is not sexy and destroys peoples lives so please get a new focus.

500 kcal a day is rediculous- ur body goes into starvation mode and breaks down muscle to spare your fat stores. Muscle is dense and is your 'metabolism' that people speak of as it uses so much energy in movement . therefore ur metabolism slows. whatever u eat u can store as u dont burn as much.

foucs on watching portion sizes - keep em small with lots of veg and salad, but im talking regular piece of chicen and one potato not forkful of chicken and slice of potato.

focus on eating plently of frui and veg - count 5 portions per day. have lots of fruit to snac on.

drink pints of water throughout the day.

avoid junk food but u need to take it one day at a time to get used to it.

DONT CRASH DIET, learn from MY mistakes please!

Count the calories and stick to the calorie limit (500 kcal a day for example).

Just make it a habit to stop loading your plate full and live by it. That's all the mindset you need. Eat slower.

Why not just look at food as an energy source and concentrate on eating a healthy diet? And by using the word diet I in no way am endorsing deprivation. If you want a piece of chocolate or a slice of pizza - have it. Just allow for it in your daily calorie intake and plan ahead.

Anorexics have a hate relationship with food. They see it as the enemy. You don't want that mindset.

What you want is a healthy view of food. That way you can still love it without over-loving it.
