Doin the splits?!


Question: ok so if i stretch good enough i can do the splits all the way.but then the next day i cant even bend over cuz it hurts so much. unless i stretch for like another 20 minutes. is this normal? also any good stretching tips?

I dont know if this is normal or not but this is what I do: straddle posistion and stretch my right and left leg then to the middle. Hold this for at least 30 seconds but i go a minute or up. NEXT is the pike position on the ground then standing up. NOW I get on the floor and do the hurdle stretch. What is basically is, is a split with the back leg bent and you stretch the front leg. You do both legs.
