Honey, you don't need to lose any weight that's insane I'm 12 and 5'2" and weigh 93 pounds, and i went to the doctors and said i was a perfect size for my age your only a year under me and weigh 75! don't go on a diet..........it's not healthy to be to too skinny

no but you are too young. unless you're obese.
if you seriously want to lose weight then go out to run, play sports, anything you can to exercise, you're young, im sure you have a high motabilism so use that as a diet also.
oh and eat right of course.

Do you want kids when you are older?then dont go on a diet or anything.your body needs the nutrition

okay, i'm not gonna tell you that you are to young to worry about your weight. your weight is completley normal for an 11 year old. but if you feel you must lose weight you should join a sports team or join the YMCA and eat healthy foods. but DON'T exercise to the point that you hurt yourself.

Okay heres the thing, you dont need to lose weight. I am a level ten gymnast, and i workout alot. If you want to lose weight because you think your fat, then just run or walk for 10- 20 minutes with a friend or inside on a tredmeel. Eat lots of veggies , fruits. make sure you get your protein. Drink lots of water. You may not lose weight, or even gain a little, but if you gain, you will be gaining long muscle ( skinny) and losing fat =D
