Abs help! Please help me!?!

Question: Hey, off and on for about two months or so I have been doing this exercising video on youtube that's the 10 min. ab workout from pilates. Sometimes, I can feel the burn (especially the first couple times I did it) but now, more and more often, I can't feel it. Sometimes I can, and sometimes I can't. It's never as good as the first time though.
If anything, usually it's my thighs that feel hurt. (Usually along with my abs.) I've tried the whole "pulling in my stomach to my spine" and it still doesn't work that well. I've seen little results, if any. Am I getting stronger or am I doing something wrong?
Please, I am begging for someone to help me out. I've been trying desperately to get in shape for a couple years, and have searched for and done hours and hours of various exercises, all of which haven't worked. Pilates is the only thing that has ever given me even a little bit of a burn, others just hurt my neck.
Please, please help. Thank you.

You might want to check with a professional about this

I would say that your abs and body is getting used to the same workout that you are doing. The area where the workout is focusing on might be as strong as it can. Try looking if there are any advanced videos made by the same person.

Go to www.youtube.com type in the search box for Sadie Belly Dancer
