I'm 15 and about 250 pounds can I lose 30 pounds 4 months?!


Question: I eat salads all the time and im starting to excersice 30 minutes everyday and also excercise in the morning for about ten minutes before i go to school.

in four months I'd say you will lose more than 30 pounds.
you are starting out good but make asure you don't drink any pop.

You should do about 60+ minutes of excersise each day.

I know you aren't going to love this answer, but the question you might want to consider asking is, " Now that I am eating right, and working out on a regular basis, what is my goal weight?" Setting up such a specific timeline for losing weight will only set you up for disapointment, or resort to taking drastic measures to lose the weight. Just continue to do what you are doing, and the weight will come off, and stay off. There is no quick fix! Best of luck!

yea you will lose the first 70 pounds fairly quickly, so long as you stick the the salad and exercise thing. good luck~!

oh yes, that sounds very realistic and you should be able to stick to it! I would suggest joining weight watchers, or some kind of weight program. I have tried to lose weight alone for years. Ask your mom or dad, aunt, or someone you are comfortable with if they would join with you and it will be very helpful. My mom and I are in weight watchers togeter and I have lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Please don't go overboard on exercising, because you will soon stop, so just go 3 times a week, and you will stick with it.

uh try losing 125 pounds

drink A LOT of cool water
no candies or sugar
have some protein in your salads (like meat) so it will fill you up
try low calorie fiber snacks to fill you up quicker
at your age you should exersise at LEAST 1 hour a day 5 times a week

Drink more water
Increase your protein intake
