Toning up and loosing weight.. advice plz... 10 points for best answer?!


Question: Hey. I want to tone up everywhere like stomach and upper legs etc What would you suggest diet wise to loose weight quickly and excercise (such as push ups to tone up the upper arms etc) Please be detailed as I have well little knowledge on things like this. Thanks.

dont diet. diets dont work. portion control does. if u just portion ur foods right than u wont have to miss out on anything u wanna eat. say u go to mcdonalds...get a kids meal or dont get fries or split the entire meal w/ someone...drink PLENTY of water !!!! half ur weight and divide it by 8 and thats how many cups of water u should drink !...to lose weight quickly cardio is ur best bet. put a cd on in ur room and dance around for an hour and u will burn about 450calories. then do some squats and crunches. running is also very good. so if u can squeeze in some running time than thats even better. go to caloriesperhour.com and use the calculaters. u have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound so if u go to that website u can fig out A. how long it will take u B. how many calories u need to burn each day C. how many calories to eat and D. how many calories u burn each day
