Working out tonight!?!


Question: I am starting today at the gym with my new membership....I am very nervous because I do not know where to start and what equipment to use? Anyone have any ideas on how to "start out"....I plan on working out 4 days a week and moving up once I get use to it.....any tips, ideas, websites to show me some things on getting started...thank you!

start with 30 minutes of cardio each trip to the gym either on a crosstrainer( try a speed of at least 5.0-5.5 RPM onwards) or treadmill(Inclination: 5.0, Speed: 5.0 for this week, increase gradually in the coming weeks)..If they provide special classes such as spinning,yoga,pilates, dance and kickboxing,do join them as well to add variety to your existing exercise regime..as for weight training,please get the supervision of a personal fitness trainer so that you dont end up damaging your muscles.
