Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.easy-diet-fit.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

it is a really good way of getting protein but you can still just cook them and get the same amount.

i did this for a while, but supposedly there is a chance you can get salmonilla. which would probably suck. so on the safe side i just cook my eggs now

its not safe at all. you can get salmomela.

yes body builders get protein by raw eggs
if you're not okay with it
try half boiled eggs with salt and pepper

yes and no. eggs CAN contain salmonella which is food poisoning, but it is very rare. everyone handles eggs carefully because you don't know which egg has salmonella or not. My rule is: treat every egg like it has salmonella, cook it and it will be safe to eat.
some people drink raw eggs. i suggest you to try something different. there are lot of other protein drinks out there you can buy. and you can always cook and eat the eggs. it's the same thing.

yes it is.. whatever ******* idiot **** that told u u cant is a ******** dumbass ****.. but yes u can it has alot of protein and **** in it. .but u can also cook wm and get same amount...

It's safe just make sure the date on eggs in current.
Peanut butter is just as good as raw eggs for protein...
Egg Beaters would work too.
