this is a really good diet that i learned from paul mckenna.

-when you're hungry, EAT!
-eat whatever you want
-eat consciously (slowly- chew about 20 times after each bite, and really taste the food)
-when you think you're full, STOP!

and when you're eating, don't let anything bother you, like don't watch tv, read, listen to the radio, ect. also, don't starve yourself because when you do, it makes your metabolism slower.
this techinque really works.

i'm putting on weight waiting for my bloody physiotheraphy appointment.. so much for the nhs wanting us to be healthy.. anyhow..
if you are young, then excercise is the way forward. walk to school, run up the stairs, help your mum with the housework, any clubs you can join? like trampoline or football? diets are pants, just eat healthily.

This is not an easy task, especially if you've had extra fat for a long time. Don't look at diets, instead look at improving the way you eat - permanently. And exercise regularly to burn off excess fat and build muscle.

Here's a site with some helpful info:

Eat more healthy food. reduce fattening and high calories food.
Do cardio at least 1 hours a day.. cycling would be the best suggestion for you.
hope it works.

Im the same way. But im also a gymnast. What i do is i run/walk on the tredmeel everyday for 30 minutes, and do situps. I eat only 3 meals a day. very small proportions. Drink lots of water.
I have lost 10 punds in 2 weeks. you can do it. =)

Stop eating or cut your leg off

Losing weight means less calorie intake. You can't exercise and eat more! Eat less, exercise more. That is your ticket!

Some weight loss tips

Exercise and eat healthy
Increase your fiber intake
Eat breakfast everyday
Eat smaller, more frequent meals
Drink more water
Increase your protein intake
Eat slowly
Do not skip meals
Spice up your food
Eat Negative calorie foods

I am afraid it is just a case of eating a less more and doing lots more exercise.
