Is body building advisable for men in early 50's ,the exercises weight train!

Question: Building Muscles is something which you shouldnt consider before you check up with your doc after 40's. Bodybuilding is just not all about lifting weights. It requires proper diet alongwith it. IF you cannot fulfill your diet requirements due to any health reason (diabetic, Blood Pressure etc...) then you should consider fitness training rather than body building. If you are fit and your doc is ok with it... Go ahead. Better late than never.

Eh... Beware of your Diet ok.. :D
