Will doing crunches, push-ups, pull-ups (both ways) and leg lifts help me become!
Question: I want to look good for the girls for the summer, so I want to know if this will be good enough to be toned. Not jacked or anything just toned. I don't care about having a six pack, but it would be nice. I also run 3 miles 5 or 6 days a week. Right now I am 5'10 and only 141 pounds. I want to gain like 6 or 7. Also, I am going to do like 100-150 push-ups 50-75 pull-ups and 300 crunches.

Definatly! You will tone up pretty soon if you keep that daily routine! You dont want to push yourself too hard, and i think that is a great work out! Try some tennis. Tennis combines a lot of leg and arm power! Maybe every other day?!? Just go to a local park, maybe one that you can rent some equiptment from, find a partener, and play! If you really want to be ripped try getting AT LEAST 1 - 1 1/2 hours of excercise a day. ^_^ good luck!

so it should help you but do like 4 sets of 2o and you will feel the burn but do it every day
Sounds like a good plan... Try some spidey man push-ups, they will work the arms and abs at the same time and give you a little variety. Good luck!
definately!!!! but i'd say look on the internet for more leg toners for upper ldgs and lower abs that way u will find exercises worth your while!!! *good luck!

Yes it would make you more toned, but you may end up loosing wieght.
Working out & weightlifting always helps get your body toned. But other things like watching your diet & and cardiac excersize also helps
Of course. Make sure that you don't overwork yourself though because thats not healthy.
