How to Lose 10 Pounds?!


Question: Okay. I'm 5"5, and just gained 5 pounds, making me 125 pounds in all.

I would really like to lose some weight, but I don't know where to start. On warm days, I jog outside for 40 min, and on cold days, I go for a walk for 20 min.

I eat pretty healthy food (whole wheat bread and pasta, lean meat, etc.), but I never know when to stop. I've never been "fat," so I never know what food is going to make me gain a pound, which amount is okay, or just when to stop eating. I think I'm under the impression I can eat whatever I want, and still be my skinny self. However, seven pounds later, that has not changed.

Can someone help me help myself?

omg u r sooo like me its scary
im 5'6 and 120 pounds and never been considered fat, but eat A LOT and am slowly gaining weight
i think out problem is that we have high metabolisms and that paired with growing we didn't gain weight, but now we've taken advantage of it and now we continue eating too much

ok wat u need to start doing is eating a nice big breakfast, this will help ur metabolism and will prevent u from over eating during the day. have moderate portions, if ur finding that that is not enough to make u full drink a glass of water before hand
