Answers: I need ANSWERS now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eeeep. not a good idea. even if u did lose it fast you'd put it back on just as fast.
opt for exersize (btw muscle weighs more than fat so forget BMI) and look at low GI foods

concentrate on serving sizes as well. for me its looking at everything as 15g of carb is a serving. so usually for a meal i have a total of 30-45g. 15g = 1 slice of bread, 1 apple, 2 plain sweet biscuits.(if u have the munchies go salad foods) watch some of the biscuits coz they might be good with carbs/sugar but high in fat. sugar that doesnt get used up gets turned into fat. dont worry u dont have to go to a boring diet.

happy eating and cheers to a healthier u

cut off a limb ?

liposuction surgery only.

there is no safe way. thats too much weight to lose. people are so confused these days with infomercials telling them they can lose 50-75lbs in only a few weeks.
join a gym and work out. losing weight and staying healthy is a lifetime commitment. it doesn't just happen overnight.

There is no safe healthy way to lose that kind of weight in such a short amount of time. You need to set more realistic goals.

I'd say removing all of one leg and perhaps part of another, or an arm, until you reach your desired goal.

Weight loss in excess of about 3 pounds a week is quite difficult and considered unsafe by most doctors, who recommend one to two pounds a week as a safe rate of loss. Your goal is very probably not possible.

OUCH!!!!!!!

This would be highly unadvisable. Can and will cause complications.

Lipo. No natural way to do it. Losing weight the RIGHT way takes time.

I'm really sorry, but you can't. It took a long time to put it on, it takes a long time to take it off. I lost 20lbs in 3 and a half months and that was pretty hard going. But I feel great now and it was worth the wait. Looking back 3 months, or even 6 months, is nothing compared to the fact I was fat for 3 years.

Honestly? Liposuction.

Alternatively you could drastically reduce your food intake, but ONLY under the supervision of a doctor AND nutritionist.

exactly, you can't do it without surgery. you could lose 50 lbs in about 4-5 months though through diet and exercise.
