What you're trying to do is tone up. What you must do is increase your cardio. Do atleast 15-30 minutes daily of good jogging or jump rope or bicycles etc.

After that do some of these workouts, i'd say 2 sets of 10 for about 3 of them

look at the very bottom and you'll see a list from 1 to 10 in blue. Pick atleast 3 of those workouts and switch to another day after day.


Drink a lot of water! water is the key to fitness, water helps you digest faster and cleans up your inner body. And Yes, it helps boost your metabolism! Drink atleast 8-10 cups per day.

As for diet, just eat low fat foods atleast under 5-7 grams of fat, AND EAT SLOWLY, not fast. That will help you digest faster and burn more fat.

Each day you shouldn't eat any more than 30 grams of fat each day if you want to find results! good luck, and trust me this will work if you do it well, and it's easy to follow to.
