you need to do some cardio exercise at least 3 to 5 days a week..start at 15 to 20 min and build up min..
keep a food dairy to see exactly what you eat during a day...
eat alot of fruits and vegetables. wheat rice & pasta, coucous
for protein...chicken(not fried) and turkey
lots of water...NO sodas
low fat yogurt...special K granola bars (90 calories)
there are many options, you will have to pay attention to what you eat...it can be done..you have to have will power and once you make it through the first week..it gets better..you actually seem to enjoy exercising(wow, i never thought i would say that)...good luck

exesice anhour a day

Yeah, of course you should increase your physical activity and avoid more carbohidrates, fried snacks, greasy food, as much as possible. Eat raw food and drink just water.
it has worked to me. Try the same. Or, see the doctor, a nutriologyst.

MyPryamid.gov - enter your information and get a free comprehensive diet that shows exactly how much caloric intake and activity you will need to get to your ideal weight and stay there. Good Luck!

Actually, you are not overweight. You could lose about 10 pounds, but 130 is way too thin for your height. The healthy weight for a 5'6" woman is 158, and you are right there. However, to lose weight, since you want to lose that much you should join a weight loss program. Weight watchers and Jenny Craig I hear are the most effective. If that is unrelistic because of the money (10 a week) then eat onle 1200 calories a day, and exercise at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes a day.

This is the diet program that I've used. It's really great and it teaches you what is good to eat, how to monitor your weight, portion control, and it gives you a great exercise plan. They also give you a food diary and a workout log so that you can see your progress. It's a really great program and it's not all gimmicky. Check it out. It's worth the try. Not to mention, it's completely free! http://www.glamour.com/bbg
