Healthy Diet for a 16 year-old? Foods to eat/not eat?!


Question: I'm trying to get in shape, lose my man boobs & look good. I'm 16 years old, 5 foot 3 & weigh about 140 pounds. I really want to try to lose 25-30 pounds. I don't look too fat, but definetly chubby. I'm working on an excercise program now in my home.
So, what foods to eat & not eat to maintain a healthy diet?

Drink a glass of water immediately upon rising
Ideally, the water should be distilled. Absolutely no tap water. This starts the body
