Good excercises for a 16 year-old?!
Question: Good at home excercises needed.
I'm 16, 5ft 3 & weigh 140 pounds. Looking to lose 25-30 pounds & build muscle, as well. Any tips? thanks!

lots u sit ups n push ups do lots of that stuff make up ur own stuff u just need 2 work thoes muscles u got to make em woth while make sure u work urself regularly good luck
1 killer lay down put your legs staight and pull them up bout three inches off the floor how long can u hold em up? good luck

go to ur local track and run 2 miles a day..
lay on side, prop yourself up with only your forearm, keep body straight, do for a minute each. burns, but works

do ab workouts, google it for which 1s. i was a bit overweight but i start doing ab workouts and im close to a six pack
You want to be 5'3" and weigh 110? That seems a little thin to me.
Getting rid of fat and losing weight aren't one in the same. Muscle is more dense than fat so you could run and lift for 2 months and your weight would be the same but you will be less "fat" and have more muscle. Weight is not the end game, fat is.
Push-ups, sit-ups 3 mile runs. These are things I do for fun!!!
try woriking on the core muscles - do crunches and planks
also try running a few laps evrey day or so
also wieghts (your local gym)
