Good excercises for a 16 year-old??!


Question: Good at home excercises needed.
I'm 16, 5ft 3 & weigh 140 pounds. Looking to lose 25-30 pounds & build muscle, as well. Any tips? thanks!

DUDE!! u weigh 140, and want to loose 30 pounds!?!?!? making you weigh 110 at age 16?? EWWWW i think u should try to get more muscle mass then just loose the weight but thats just my opinion... LoL

Lol i WISH i had 140 pounds. U need MORE muscle mass!

Biking is good. So is running.

I would lose only 15 lbs (of fat) and I'm sure you'll look fine once the fat comes off. Then you'll see the muscle.

Pushups, sit ups, jump rope AND RUNNNNNNNN!!!! Trust me. Also, drink milk, eat protein, meats, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, veggies, fruits, salads, DRINK ALOT of water. NO SODA.
