Fat thighs and booty, how to get them more toned?!


Question: So i'm 15 years old, 146 pounds and i have big thighs and everyone tells me i have a nice big booty... the thing is though, my legs and booty have cellulite and are just pure fat but people can't see that through my jeans...and i know that's not the kind of booty guys look for. is there anything i can do to keep my booty and thighs big but get more muscle there?

I would say do plenty of cardio like running, running will trim your thighs, hips and booty down. Also do some squats and lunges and if you can do the elliptical, all three of these combined will help raise the "booty" and keep it nice and firm and round all at the same time. I know this bc I too have the same problemo. I got thick thighs, a round booty and cellulite. Now don't get your hopes up, this won't magically erase ALL of your cellulite but it will help reduce it. Mine isn't so bad now thanks to boot camp. Good luck!

Exercise. Walk at least 30 minutes per day. Find a cardio exercise you enjoy be it dancing, hockey, basketball as the more you enjoy something the easier it will be. Then watch what you eat. Avoid foods with saturated/trans fats i.e. fast foods. Allow yourself one day a week to eat this and then eat healthy for the rest. Don't allow yourself to eat junk on any other day, if you go this way. (or cut it out all together if you can).

Cellulite is stored fat, so a good amount of consistent cardio will get rid of it. Then in a couple of years, say around the age of 18 look to incorporate resistance training which will ensure you remain toned and have the bit of muscle strength you need to stay healthy. (This only needs to be a couple of times a week)

The best way to burn fat is to build muscle (not bulky, just lean). Look for some good glute, hamstring and quadricep exercises. There are squats of course, lunges. Lunges are very good. Do those. everyday. I say you shoot for 3 reps of 15 (that would be 15 lunges on each leg 3 times with breaks in between if u dunno).

Muscle demands calories, so the more u have of it, the more u can eat without gaining any fat. Also the more you burn. Running is ok, but its more for blood flow and respiration.
