Is it possible to tone my chest? (serious)?!


Question: ok well when i say chest i mean boobs. i have recently dropped forty pounds and lets say my boobs are not quite what they used to be and i cant stand them. i am not looking to be made fun of this is a real problem and its effecting my self esteem. i am glad i lost the weight but whats the use if my boobs look terrible? lol please is there any possible way i can help them out at all? or will the maybe regain thier strenth? i do work out but i dont know what i could do!

Well, you can tone the muscles beneath your breasts, you do this by doing and peck exercise. Bench press, pushups, you name it. This will tone the muscles underneath, hopefully filling up abit of area.

But, sorry to break it to you, skin has a bad habit of not wanting to go back in after streching out. So it can only get better to an extent - You can't change the skin, you can only fill it up somewhat with muscle.

And I just want to say congrats on such a huge acheivment of losing that much weight! I just hit the 20 lbs mark. Not of losing though. Gaining! Just as hard of a battle.

That depends what ages of you, I think for a young girl, a good exercise and some time such as one or two month, it will go back again.
But if you are no young before, I think there is no way to fight against the power of aging......
