Hip to waist ratio?!


Question: i have a hip-waist ratio of 0.79
so im "pear shaped" which is healthy but only just (by 0.1)
and its not like im overweight, im 5'6 and 119 pounds but i have such a high hip-waist ratio
should i b concerned and want to reduce this?
and if so could u suggest how?

No, you are completely healthy. What matters more in this case is your BMI, which is actually closer to underweight than overweight (you are normal). The hip-waist ratio is useful only when taking into account other indicators like BMI because some women's bodies are naturally inclined to store more fat around their hips than others, but that doesnt mean they are unhealthy.
