Help with 2 weeks?!


Question: Spring break is in 2 weeks and I've been working out and eating well for the past month...but how I do I really make these last to weeks count? How can I get the most out of them so I can get the most out of them and look my best. Diets and exercise tricks?

ok heres what will really burn off the fat. your most important meal to watch and really count calories is DINNER! the reason being is that, its the meal your body will feed on when you sleep. when you eat a high carb dinner like pasta or potatoes, your body takes them and breaks them down to be stored as fat because you arnt going to be burning the carbs. so your dinner should consist of mostly protein and complex carbs(brocolli, spinach....any green vegies). now eat a early dinner and rest for n hour. now go out and run about 30 min(you can run and walk just make sure your sweating) now go inside take a shower and sleep. now in the morning bright and early, wake up and go run. this will burn mostly fat as you will have an empty stomach and burn glyceriods. this is by far the best way to shed pounds fast. make sure to drink plenty of water all day. in 2 weeks you should lose around 5 pounds of pure body fat if you commit yourself to this. dont starve yourself either. have fun on spring break!

Dont do anything dumb dont resort to making your self throw up. Just be safe, do what your doing. Drink water, run, etc... Eat alot of protein. Maybe cut your portions down a little. You need food in you to keep the metabolism going so eat! lol good luck and best of luck
