Im constaintly worried, please HELP!?!

Question: constant obsession about what I have eaten or am going to eat, always checking food labels, watching my calories, EATING WHEN IM NOT HUNGRY - just some of my few worries during the day...

my question is, how do I stop all this? Im so paranoid about gaining weight and having a big but and thighs, its taking over my life! But I do not have an eating disorder! I eat more than enough!

I excercise daily. I eat small, healthy meals. But then, I binge on chocolate and candy. I ruin all of my hard work of eating healthy during the day when I binge!

I have a lot of helpful tips.

1. eat a big breakfast. testing shows that the fatter ppl have a small breakfast, and the skinny ppl have big breakfast.

2. never eat after 6:00 yes I know it sounds weird but trust me. It works because 6:00 is like the time when you loose all your weight.

3. okay, this one sounds really crazy. never drink diet soda or eat diet food. Diet soda and food really make you gain more weight than loose it. Survey's show that people who drink diet soda on a regular basis who stoped for a week, lost more weight than gained. One person lost 7 pounds.

4. eat everything organic. like organic meat, fish, and protein.

5. here are some healthy snacks: fruit, vegetables, popcorn is one of the best snacks for you, nuts, and trail mix. (without m&m's)

6. you should always walk for at least a mile every day. you will not believe the results!

Therapy. This isn't about food. There's an underlying issue here that you need to deal with.
