I have already lost 20lbs. and it took a few months. I stopped drinking all pop and I watched my calorie and carb intake. The only excerise I did was running a walking a few nights a week for 30 min. Every person is different and the results will very from person to person. Good Luck
Depends how you ate before you started dieting-
but on average you should be losing a pound a week.
so 10 months would be a healthy bet. You don't wnat to lose more than a pound a week.

this is a really good diet that i learned from paul mckenna.
-when you're hungry, EAT!
-eat whatever you want
-eat consciously (slowly- chew about 20 times after each bite, and really taste the food)
-when you think you're full, STOP!
and when you're eating, don't let anything bother you, like don't watch tv, read, listen to the radio, ect. also, don't starve yourself because when you do, it makes your metabolism slower.
this techinque really works.
