How can I do squats so that I don't split my pants or boxers?!

Question: when doing squats, you should wear gym shorts, the kind that are stretchable, or the ones that the cyclists used, if you don't have any of these pull your shorts up

Wear clothing that has a bit of give, such as tracksuit pants or don't go so deep in the squats. Really, if these are splitting these may be too tight to wear them to do this exercise so wear something a little bigger/looser and keep this for non-workout days.

When doing any physical activity being a male you should wear tighter underwear (tighty whites). It is mainly for safety/comfort reasons so I hear from my husband. It keeps everything together. But also when doing any physical activity you should be in comfy loose fitting clothes that won't rip or keep you from performing at your best. Shorts, athletic pants, tshirts, tennis shoes etc.
