Weight lose >>problems<<?!


Question: I've realized that I need to lose weight. Rather than stressing over how much I eat and calculating every little thing, I need a simple solution that I can stick with. Besides, I only eat [maybe] 1600 calories anyway. [ I'm 4ft 9 at 20 years old]

I do have a cycle I use daily. How many miles should I try to be on it everyday? I'd like to start jogging. How many days should I try to do that every week?

I need a simple solution to stick with for a long time, otherwise I'll get bored and lose sight of my goal. I figure if I'm more active that will help me drop a few pounds as well as get toned.
What are some simple exercises I can do at home? [how many of each] I don't have the money to go to a gym. And other than the cycle, I don't have any gym equipment. I know I'm not going to drop the pounds quickly, I'm not trying to. I'm just wanting to get in shape for summer.

When I needed to lose weight I power walked 2 miles a day. I can't run/jog because it hurts my joints. I ended up losing 10 pounds just from walking. Make sure you drink a lot of water too. You should also talk to your doctor. He or she might be able to give you better advice. I also find that if I try to eat more fruit and vegetables I'm usually not as hungry.

start with working your way up to at least 20 to 30 minutes or AEROBIC exercise a day

an outside bike is good but you would have to go alot longer each day.

i would get a treadmill and an ipod. music makes you workout better.

start with increasing your water intake, but out sweets, and do at least 30 minutes a day walking or some kind of moderate aerobic activity at least 6 days a week. see if that helps before you cut your diet.

and try to start eating more protien, or the protein on your plate FIRST and less white breads and pasta.

Three meals a day don't eat between meals or after eight at night cycle or swim three times a week i've just lost twenty eight pounds doing this if you do it right you will lose weight good luck.
