Fasting....?!


Question: how much weight can i loose over the course of 5 days by fasting?

do not nag me . or tell me to fast for 2 days. i am for 5, and i want to know how much of a weight loss that will be. do not tell me its wrong, u r wasting ur time. just because i am fasting doesnt mean i have an eating disorder, or it doesnt mean its for a religious reason. people fast for many other reasons. and this is my question, if u dont like it, dont read it, or dont answer it. i only would like an answer and if u say anything else ur just wasting ur time.

I tried it for 3 days to try to detox my body. I should clarify that it was a modified version. I got organic juices and fruits and veggies. Day 1 only water, fruit juice and raw fruit and veggies (to ease myself in I had chicken and brown rice). Day 2 juice all day then the headache was killing me so I had a cheeseburger. Still had a headache but it was worth it. And the last day fruits and veggies again. I lost 4lbs. It has been a week since and I have gained one lb back. I don't know how much you weigh but from what I have read on the internet, you would probably lose anywhere from 5 to 12lbs.

Well, I know you don't want to hear it, but oh well. Fasting you'll lose weight...how much...who knows? Because you didn't tell us what you weigh now for one. Two, you'll probably lose about 5-8 lbs roughly but you'll lose it in muscle and not fat. And you'll gain it back x2 when you eat your first meal and it will be regained as fat. So you obviously already know better, but I wouldn't do that to lose weight. Only if you truly believed in doing it for a cleansing or religious reasons. Good luck.
