How over weight am i (pic included)?!
Question: Im 16 and a girl im a little under 5'7 and im 165..im really trying to lose weight i was 175 and lose 10 in like 3 weeks but for the past 4 weeks iv been able to lse nothing...Everybody keeps telling me i dont look my weight..but my arms are huge and i have a size d boobs..and huge..hips..im bulid big buti want to be at least 150.. how overwight am i..and how can i lose more..im on a diet noe sodas or chips and stuff like that and lots of water mabye 1300 calories a day...plus i exersise for about 30 min each night

The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
