What do you suggest I do to..?!


Question: change up my workout routine? I do not have a gym membership and do not intend on getting one, however, I workout at home with what I've got. I power-walk for about 30-40 minutes every other day, come home and do a 20 minute cardio workout(DVD). On the days in between, I follow a 45 minute cardio workout(DVD) and do a 15 minute ab workout 2-3 times a week. I have 3lb weights and occasionally bring them on my walks. I eat healthy and have recently quit smoking. I need to lose about 3 more lbs and really tighten and tone. What do you suggest? (I'm 5''5 and 130lbs)

The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
