Body goes cold and numb after workout?!

Question: is this normal?

Answers: is this normal?

First, I would urge you to contact your Doctor and have a thorough physical if you haven't had one in a while. Be completely honest as to what you're experiencing and the frequency. Coldness and numbness are abnormal body reactions after a workout. There could be an underlying health issue such as: Inadequate circulation and blood flow, diabetes, and respiratory issues to name a few. You may also be overexerting yourself.

No that means your probably "DEAD"!

Um..now way! You must be sick and dying!

Maybe your body needs a little time to get used to this or your workout is too hard for you.
I think it is normal but if this continues- you should probably find another exercise.

you might have something called raynaud's check out the link.

I've heard of numb (caused by a pinched nerve somewhere in my friends body) but cold too. Possibly a nerve too. Consult a doctor and I suggest you to not do any strenuous physical labor until you have found the root to your problems.

No it isnt ..Go Docter get checked..never heard or knew anyone that happening to..the sooner the better..gl with Docter..
