Best way to kick start weight loss?!


Question: I have been steadily losing weight but it's slowed down the last 4 weeks... I have only lost 6lbs. I know thats still pretty good but I should be losing more than that. My diet is good although I know I am not drinking enough water (I have a hard time drinking water). Does anyone know any ways to kick start my body to start losing again? As for exercise, I am not quite there yet and don't plan to exercise much for a little while so don't suggest that please.

i had a real hard time too with excersize especially try walking its easy. you just have to commit to it. one hour a day. after dinner is good or in the am. just enough to break a sweat.i used to make sure i had to open my mouth to breath if i was still breathing through my nose i figured i wasnt walking hard enough. but in one hour at that pace you actually should be able to get 2 miles at least thats alot. you can do it 3-5x per week. youd be amazed. anytime you stall i noticed you can just try someting new it helps. walking is great though. it clears your mind.. just make sure no kidsthey talk your ear off i tried that once just once no cell no earphones no nothing!!! this is your you time. youll understand give it a try.when you are ready but its not going to the gym and killing your self its just a little walk .after one week youll see a difference dont think of it as excercise remember its you time

a really good way to lose weight is to boost your metabolism. what really helps is do not eat after 6 o'clock and take a small walk around 8 o'clockish (not too late or you may not sleep well). if you do this consistently you will boost your metabolism and lose weight easier.
