i dont think you should cut down your calorie intake that much...i swim and run everyday and have found tht your body works better with 6 small meals every day rather than 3 somewhat large meals- your body is always burning fuel and it needs some to be replaced.
You have a good workout plan but try to add some extra stuff in it like running bleachers (which i hate but do it anyway because they are so good for you) and lundges and little things like that

you wont loose much if you only run and your body wont burn anything if theres nothing to burn (like food) so your metabolism ends up getting bigger instead of smaller. just dont go over 2,000 calories (recommended daily intake) and make sure your eating GOOD carbs (yes there is such a thing)

Hope this helps a little bit
sorry if its not the exact answer you were looking for

dont eat less than 1000??? are you insane
running that much everyday will do wonders in the first place

wow.... first of all u might gain, because you'll be making muscles!! and don't starve your self just eat normal! just run and exercise play a sport u love!!

1 mile = 200 (approx) burnt calories.

depends on your weight right now. I suggest that you do run everyday for 30-60 minutes, it will help you get more in shape.

omg thats the worst thing to do. if u eat only 1,000 cals. a day nd run 2-3 miles ur goin to pass out, callories or energy sources, not fat!!! it would definetly be better to run 1 mile a day and get away from saturated fat (fried food) and eat better things

Well, it depends.
Sometimes, the more you exercise, the more you eat afterward. So running may not always work.
Change your diet as well, and exercise regularly. Don't let your body feel burned out.

omfg! i would die if i ran 3 miles a day! wow and eating 1000 caliries, i think is not healthy.you should just eat good foods and i think 1500 is good, and mabye4 miles a week? i think thats good

You do not need to run more than 2 miles per day, at least when beginning. You can gradually increase the amount but stick to smaller distances at first. If you're going to be doing that much exercise, you will need at least 1500 calories. Your body will go into starvation mode with only 1000, and you will gain weight.

If you are eating less than 1000 calories that may not be healthy. What is you age/height/weight? That would help a lot. I would also mix up your workouts, constant running can be hard on your kness, legs, etc.

unless your 4'11 you can't exercise that much and eat less than 1000 cals... one day your just going to pass out on the street. depending on your size you should probably be eating 1200 cals a day and you will still lose weight.

You'll never make it! You'll have no energy and wont be able to complete your workout and you'll have working out. Eating 1500- 1800 is recommended with strenuous exercise. Also, your body will slow its metobolism, you will stop losing weight!

your only going to loose weight if you have atleast 1200 calories in your body, having only 1000 calories will make your body to go into starvation mode and most of those calories will be stored as fat. Make sure you get enough protein and calcium. I would suggest taking a multivitamin every morning. You should be getting more calories than that especially becase you run alot.

running is good.
i dont recommend eating less than 1,000 per day though.

remember, results takes dedication and more importantly TIME.

you would probably suffer deficiency

If you want to loss weight. Run 30 minutes everyday. and eat 1500 -2000 calories everyday. When i first started i ran everyday for 35 minutes around 7:00 pm. And i didn't eat anything after 6:00pm and after 3 month i lost all fat and gain muscles.

There is really no predicting because everyone is different.

I did that same thing and gained 5 pounds. Do the same exercise but eat 1500 calories and you'll be fine.
