You know, the only thing I can tell you is NO. When you want to do something with your body, it all comes down to the naturals. You should probably get more protein and stuff from healthy foods in smaller quantities, but make sure your body is good. When you eat I would suggest waiting till your stomach has settled to see how really full you are. When it comes to loosing weight or gaining muscle you can do it faster with hygiene anti-oxidants and protein (along with alot of leafy greens lol). But like everything you still need to get exercise. You will loose weight faster if you go steady and if you do more than you are used to within reason. Try your best and try to read some fitness magazines!
