Help please...diet plan?!


Question: ok im not looking to lose weight just about 5 pounds.... im 19 105 pounds and 5"3 i just want to lose a couple pounds and start toning up.... the toning up part is easy but what can i eat to lose the couple pounds??

so far i been eating salads and turkey

what abot fruits???

oh yeah and i dont want any answers saying ur too skinny blah blah thats gross... at least im doing it the healthy way!!

certain fruits are fatning like grapes and bananas......but eat right and diet =)

fruits are good to eat. it is not really what you eat but how much u eat. when your r trying to lose weight the best thing to do is eat little amounts of food all day to keep your metabolism going so that your body can be constantly working. along with exercise your body will shed those pounds, however be carful and make sure you eat consume enough calories each day beacuse u won't have any energy if you dont



another way is to cut 500 calories a day because if u cut 500 calories a day for 7 day thats is 3500 calories which is equal to 1 pound
