30 mins stair stepping,
30 mins jump rope,
30 mins hula hoop,
1 hr Dance Dance Revolution.

And a goodish diet with no soda?

Is that good enough for fast weight loss?

yeah that will work also try to eat less than 1,300 calories and you will be on your way<3

What the heck is the goodish diet?
No soda, definately, or juice! Both packed with sugar...

Are you doing that in sequence every day? Won't you get bored jumping rope for 30 minutes and the hula hoop--what the heck is that going to do for you? Again, 30 minutes?

1hr DDR, heck yes, good times to be had there. I'd maybe change to 15-20 minutes jump rope, 10 minute hula hoop if you're stuck on it. Add in 30 minutes on an eliptical--very easy on your joints.

sounds a bit distractingly evil.You may cut all the workouts before the dance routine by half( 15 minutes of each is enough)..as for the diet part, there are lots of tips in this section..why not use my ID and search for other questions that i have already answered??You may also check the resolved questions section..smart eating + proper workout + high esteem = safely victorious fat loss.
