How do i lose belly fat and thight fat by exercising ?!


Question: i want to lose my belly and thight fat by the end of june
but i dont know what exercies to do
i eat healthy no junk food but i just dont know what exercies to do to get rid of this extra fat
can u help me please ?it makes me very unhappy

The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio cardio cardio!
Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body.
Eating right also plays a large role, so up up up the fruit and veggies and eat one carb based meal a day ie pasta, sandwhich, potatoes, with lean meats, fish & chicken. kristen
Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
