Hi Cherye

You have many good answers for these question, people do care about you and they don't even know you....
Do as all they suggest and you will be fine. Eat a healthy and well rounded diet, fruits and veggies are good, but don't neglect the protein and carbohydrates, our bodies need the nutrients from these foods to work properly. 500ml. of water, people say the body need 8 eight ounces glasses of water throughout the day, but in 2004 the numbers has changed to more, for women 91 ounces (4. 24.oz bottles) of water, for men it's more. So little one, you need to drink more water, fruit juices are good to, these fluids will keep your body hydrated and looking good, no wrinkles no dry skin. If not dehydration will kill you in the most horrible way, so please more water. Take it slow and easy you didn't get into this situation over night, so your results wont come that way either. Add a little bit more food, water and faith to your every day life and you will be back to your hot self in no time....
Take care and Keep the Faith....PEACE....cya....

The dry skin and hair on your face makes me pretty sure you are/have suffered with anorexia.

You should go see your doctor to sort things out, he can tell you a lot more than Yahoo Answers ever will.

only you can make the change to start eating properly again, try eating stuff that you dont see in your mind as BAD foods, obviously your not going to want to eat chocolate or anything which you have gotten used to never eating, but start with simple stuff like cereal

am sorry, but i really dont know what to say,,,
i hope somebody else can help>>>>>>>sorryyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!

Are you eating properly now? Start taking vitamins, at least a multi vitamin. Start exercising, this will make you feel better too. Also, have you tried seeing a doctor about any of this? You should get some blood work done so they can check your thyroid too. Good luck to you and keep your head up, it could be much worse. You can be "the hottest girl in school" again, just believe in yourself:)

???

don't worry. It's just temporary. You'll look good as ever pretty soon.
Just make sure you remain dedicated to eating right, and never take any drugs or bad things like that.

Take lots of vitamins as well. Especially important are vitamin C, D, and all of the various B vitamins. Take fish oil Omega 3/6 as well.
You can probably get all of these vitamins in a multivitamin, but you'll still have to take the omega 3/6 tablets seperately.

There is no long-term harm done. You just need to recouperate a little. Good diet is all you need because time and youth is on your side. Those are very powerful factors.

you need to be patient..things will eventually return to normal, just keep on having a healthy diet, but don't eat just fruits. and drink 2l of water a day, 500 ml is not enough.

a friend of mine was in the same situation as you, now she is getting back her body, although she is quite freaked out about it.
everything will be all right, have patience
good luck

Sadly now you realize what abusing your body does. I hope you are eating properly again. The looks will come back......just need to get your body healthy again. :)

The way to gain you health back is to eat and exercise. I suggest running, as it burns a great deal of calories, as well as increases your appetite.

You need to learn to love yourself, honey. You're too caught up on your looks to really think about who you are on the inside. What you look like doesn't matter... Einstein looked like a mad scientist, and may well have been... but he single handedly made one of the biggest discoveries in human history. No matter what, humans are going to get older. That means growing weird hair, losing hair, getting wrinkles, going gray, and a whole variety of other things that make us look different. But you know what? That doesn't matter, it's who we are on the inside that counts.

I bet when you were little, you loved your grandpa and/ or grandma. I bet you thought they were wonderful people, despite the fact that they looked old. THey looked old because they were old, but you didn't judge them on how they looked. That was when you were young and before society taught you about caring how everything looks.

Just learn to love yourself and don't try to stay young forever. If you do, you'll end up looking like this...

if you are as skinny as it sounds--high protein diet would muscle and weight on you without a lot of fat--your body needs some fat to be able to function properly--fat is your body way of feeding itself when you get sick with flu, operations anything like that--when you get a eating disorder as you have, you body loses the fat it needs and feeds on itself--high protein, moderate carbohydrate, moderate to low fat should be fine--find a web site that helps you deal with this and one that should list a healthy way to eat without eating lots of junk--good meats are turkey, chicken, pork (it is a white meat) salmon, tuna, tilapia--protein are milk, nuts, beans--red meat should be lean as possible and ONLY 2x a week--a diabetic diet is high in protein and low in carbs--but carbs you can raise sense your body NEEDS the energy from it--American Diabetes Association web site can give you a healthy diabetic diet and list of foods good for you---but remember you can eat a little more of the carbohydrates and a lot more of the fruits since you are not diabetic--the protein list is more important for you and you can do 2 percent or whole milk instead of skim or 1%---lotion and water can only do so much, your body MUST have other stuff--try taking a multivitiam too--your body is eating itself to stay alive---also go to ivilliage.com--they have sensible plans and lists of foods, blogs etc--the site is free--most of their plans are for people trying to lose weight, but at this point in your body's life, it would be happy with that, because it includes way more food, proteins than you are giving it---also, they do not recommend more than 6-8 glasses of water a day--too much water is just as bad as not enough---the way to tell if you have had too much, your urine is clear--it is SUPPOSED to be slightly yellow.
