No eating after 6pm?!


Question: I'm planning not to eat after 6pm....my friend did it and lost about 30 pounds in 3 months...I no this is no excuse to eat bad food before 6pm...Im planning on eating healthy and being active....has this kind of plan worked for any of you?

I'm currently trying this...and in 1 week I lost 2 pounds. This is a good meal plan because eating close to bed time makes your body work and gain weight. before six I did watch what I ate and I did mild activity.....(sit ups, push ups, leg ups, squats) After 6pm I had no food and only drank water...I'm seeing results. and I'm happy with this plan since it involves no dieting ;)

it sounds like a good plan
but you can actually eat until 7pm.. sometime after that your digestion slows down

just because this worked for ur friend, it doesnt mean it will work for you. it isnt really healthy to not eat after 6. its actually healthier to eat later meals because then u arent so hungry. my advice is dont try this. u and ur friend are different, DONT STARVE YOUSELF!
