Were my food choices today healthy?!


Question: Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch: chef salad (chicken,lettuce,tomato,shredded carrots, ranch dressing, shredded cheese)

snack: small piece of cheese bread, 2 Cadbury creme filled eggs

Dinner: small bowl of homemade spaghettie.

Good on you for adding some chocolate in there!! :)

I would add a piece or 2 of fruit, maybe have a piece at brekky, or after your dinner.
