How did i do??!


Question: ok, i'm 13, in 7th grade, and trying 2 loose a few pounds. how am i doing?

BREAKFAST - 2 pieces whole wheat toast and a glass of skim milk

LUNCH - 1 apple, 5 goldfish, and 2 slices roast beef sandwhich meat

SNACK - banana and 2 tablespoons peanut butter


yeah thats what i've eaten so far? how am i doing? what could i improve on? what should i eat for dinner?

2 pieces of toast: 100 calories
Milk: 60 calories
Apple: 100 calories
goldfish: 25 calories
roast beef: 50 calories
banana: 100 calories
Peanut butter: 200

=635

I think that you snack is really good.. but you should probably actually add bread to your sandwich meat. You breakfast isn't bad.

For dinner why don't you eat some beans and rice with a whole wheat tortilla.

You ate goldfish?!?!
OMG that's soooo funny! I actually read that thinking you were serious, then was suddenly like "OK something's not right here!" Fantastic.
PS- How about some Tortoise for dinner? X

[EDIT-OH Ok! I thought you were saying you ate goldfish! That's even funnier now. Thanx for clearing that up!]

to the comment above, goldfish are crackers! ahahaah. anyways, I would try to avoid the "goldfish" because they really aren't too good for you. Also peanut butter really shouldn't be eaten in over 1 tbs per sitting . try adding a piece of fruit with your breakfast :)

I agree, perhaps just 1 tbsp of peanut butter.I think its very cool that you are not doing some ed to loose the weight. keep it up
