Diet Tips!!!?!


Question: I am 12 years old a weigh 120 pounds and my doc said I need to lose about 30 pounds...he said anly 20 but i want to weigh 90.So This might sound werid but plz give me tips!

The easiest way to lose weight is to stop eating during the night. You should get into the habit of not eating ANYTHING between 7PM to 7AM or 6PM to 6AM (depending on when you have to get up to eat breakfast). You can drink water between that time but that's it

At first it'll be really hard so do it step by step. So on the first day don't eat anything after 9 PM then the next day 8:30 then 8.... you get the idea.


12 hours sounds like a long time to eat nothing but remember that for 8-10 of those hours you should be sleeping.

It works really well but it takes a while. To lose 30 pounds could take you a year, but it's not like your doing anything extreme.

If you want to lose it faster then exercise along with not eating at night. I don't mean like pretend to exercise, I mean really get into it. Run a mile a day and every single day try to beat your record. Get a hobby that requires fitness. Basketball, track, soccer etc. You don't have to be good at it but you have to actually try. So if your playing soccer or something, don't just stand there and run for 2 minutes and give up. Go after the ball and really get into the game.

Fat people are USUALLY fat because they eat to much and don't exercise. They like to blame it on other things but
that doesn't excuse the fact that they are still fat.

So if you don't eat from 7-7 or 6-6 (which ever you like best) then that will take care of the overeating and a sport will take care of the exercise part. Do those things together and you will lose the weight.


Most importantly, don't do diets. That is just dumb, they only work for a short period of time and then when you lose the weight and get off the diet then the weight comes back. Developing good eating habits will keep the fat off.

Also it will take time. You can't lose 30 pounds overnight (unless you get surgery, but that's also dumb). it will take time. Just stick with it and you get there.

I think even 20 lbs is likely too much for you to lose. If your doctor says you need to lose weight, your doctor should have given you tips as to how to eat healthier, exercise etc.
