WoW! You're 16 and 102. I'm 13, and 120!!! Mind you, I am 5'7.5", so I'm still string bean skinny. You definately aren't fat so don't ry and get down to 86 pounds. Your organs will just shut down. Try instead o improve your food choices to match the food pyramid and make sure you get at least 20 minutes of arobic excersize (that keeps your heart pumping) at least three times weekly. It's not about loosing weight as much as it is preserving your health. Just don't be stupid and skip brecky!!

Take on board less calories than you are using up, its a surefire way of losing weight

How tall are you? If you are over 5 foot you do not to lose weight. exercise and tone up unless you want to look like a skeleton.

think what you want to eat, plan your meal, e.g. breakfast; bread with black currant etc. do exercise regularly, say, 20 mins for five days; starting from short steps to quick walk. Of course, you need to resist temptation of eating sweet thing, fatty food, and most importantly think positively and be self-confidence.
