she didnt say she was going to eat 500 calories a day, she said 500 calories LESS per day, meaning for an average person, going down to 1300-1500 calories a day, which is a HEALTHY AMOUNT.
now, to answer your question, it depends on how much you're eating now, but you could easily lose 1-2 lbs a week.

You should lose about 1-2 pounds a week.

NONE... you need food to function. Your body will start to save any nutrients and you will eventually gain weight. And then you will be hospitilized and get really hurt or die.

No i'm not kidding. This happened to me. Just stay healthy and eat all the things you should and keep on exersizing...

500 calories is way to little for anyone to eat. You must have at least 1000 to 1200 a day, depending on how much you weigh and your height and age. You will lose weight.
You don't want to get too skinny, it is not healthy. Ask your Doctor and see if you even need to lose weight.
